They have a wide range of products with good prices although they do not offer discounts.

I am regretting using Home Depot; they sent a contractor that did less than an amicable job. The people that do the measuring and estimate and the people that do the actual work, are two different contractors. They did come out and try to rectify the situation, but I am still not happy. Their price was the lowest. They did not come out and check the work of their contractor so I am holding them accountable. I will not use them for floors again.

I talked to somebody about the paint there and they provided me with customer service. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

They guy did a good job: he took off the old door and all of the trim then put up the new one.

They sent a person to measure the doors first and then I went to the store to get the style I wanted. They had to be specially ordered. Once the doors were ready their contractor installed the doors. They were wonderful. They took care of everything and they also guided me when I was looking at the samples. I wanted a specific kind of door and with their help I got what I wanted. The doors were of very good quality.

Ordered the door in Oct. 2007, took until May 2008 to have door installed, and wasn't done properly (doesn't line up in frame) through a series of misorders(by home depot & installer: i.e. they measured door wrong) and defective custom door being sent, it took forever to get a mediocre job done; would never use services again.

WE CANCELED THE FLOORING INSTALLATION AND ARE WAITING FOR A REFUND. WE HAVE HAD MATERIAL (HARDWOOD AND SUPPLIES) STORED IN OUR LIVING ROOM AND GARAGE FOR NEARLY A MONTH AND RECENTLY WERE TOLD THERE WOULD BE AN ADDED DELAY OF ANOTHER MONTH (NO SET DATE). HOME DEPOT STAFF DEMONSTRATING COMPLETE DISORGANIZATION AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CONTRACTORS AND US. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER TO BE REPEATED. IT SEEMS THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE THE ORDERS AND YOUR CHECKS BUT THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS DEPARTMENT IS NON-EXISTENT.

They installed the door between the kitchen & the garage but took back the door with the medium sized hole. After they left, I noticed that the threshold on the new door was not wide enough and that there was a 3/4" gap between the tile and the door. This was in 6/07. In the meantime, we had a lot of rain. When the rain came from the west, my garage flooded, which was one reason for the door replacement. Yesterday, 7/26/07, Jeff came to my house to look at the installation & at the door that still needed replacement. He claimed the store was not responsible for the gap between the threshold & the tile & told me to use grout to cover it. He offered 10% off the price if I accepted the door with the medium opening. Otherwise I would have to wait another 3 1/2 weeks for the door to arrive and over 1 1/2 weeks to have it installed. Looking at the sloppy work, the delays and my time spent, I canceled the order.

WE FOUND TILE ON SALE AT HOME DEPOT FOR $0.99 PER SQUARE FOOT. THE SALESMAN INSTRUCTED MY HUSBAND ON ALL THE ITEMS HE NEED TO BUY TO LAY THE TILE HIMSELF

NO EMPLOYEE TO ASSIST US IN SALES. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PRODUCT. INSTALLATION CREW HAD A LANGUAGE BARRIER. NOT TRAINED IN HARDWOOD INSTALLATION ON STAIRS. ALL 1/4 ROUND BUTCHERED. OVERALL LACK OF INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM.

PHONE REPRESENTATIVE WAS AVERAGE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAD LIMITED KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT. THE PERSON VISITED WITH IN PERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO WALK THROUGH THE SPECIFICS OF CARPETING.
