I had been in contact with Marion once a few years back and every time we have spoken she has been honest and trustworthy. We had a home we wanted to sell and the first time she did a market analysis for us the numbers weren't in our favor. However, She took the time to explain her analysis and it made sense. Fast-forward to this spring and we contacted Marion again and not only was she able to help us, but she remembered our previous analysis (and still had a copy).
