The agent's name was given to us by a local builder because initially we were going to build a home and she was the listing agent on the lot.   We then decided we needed to find a rental home while we built a home and/or looked to purchase a home.  She assured us she could help with all of those needs.  She could not navigate the electronic agent agreement and misspelled our names over & over.  She kept calling my husband by a completely different name and writing it wrong on the documents.  Once the documents were complete and we were under a 30 day contract with her she began sending us available homes to rent through a computer generated system.  We found one we liked and wanted to move quickly on it.  She went at a snails pace and when we asked her if she would go tour the home for us (we lived in another state and couldn't travel to the Texas area) she said she would so WE scheduled the appointment with the listing property management company.  Two hours prior to the appointment she called to see if we had a friend in the local area that could go with her.  We asked a VERY busy friend if she could spare an hour or two.  Our friend went with the Coldwell Banker  agent and the agent brought her mother along as well.  Once in the house the agent wouldn't allow our friend to take pictures and the agent wouldn't take pictures either.  The property management company (not Coldwell Banker) said they skype with clients all the time to show the house in more detail.  The property management company asked if the Coldwell Banker agent was in fact a realtor.  We decided to rent the home our friend toured.  We did all the negotiating with the listing agent, our realtor did nothing but ask if the property management company knew that she got a commision for finding us the house.  We needed to pay a $100 deposit to hold the house while the property management company did background and credit checks.  The property management company said that in order to expedite the process, typically our agent would pay that and we would repay our agent.  When we asked our agent if she would do that she asked us if we would overnight the funds to her to repay her.  We told her if we were going to do that then we would just overnight the funds directly to the property management company.  At that point we took the Coldwell Banker agent out of the loop completely and never spoke to her again. If she was a smart agent she would have realized the the $100 that she MIGHT be out of would be nothing compared to the commision she would have eventually received when we purchased our home.

When we purchased our house in Cibolo, we had just moved to the area and we were living in a hotel.  It was a fast paced process, and Donna helped us get through it quickly and as painlessly as possible. 
We always felt like Donna was looking out for our best interests.  She's very calm in what is frequently a very stressful transaction.

They come highly recommended. I really like our real estate agent. I've seen four times as many showings than with another real estate agent I've dealt with. She does every single thing that she says she is going to. We've had showings and open houses. We have a potential buyer.

It was an excellent service. They are a buyer's agent and everything I did with them was in my benefit as far as purchasing the home and negotiating with the builder to get a lower price and more amenities. She took us to numerous homes until we found the right one and she was by our side during the closing process and she explained everything to us during the entire process. They work with a lender and I received $1,000 at closing for using them.

It went excellent working with her. She was very patient with us when looking out houses, even though we looking at numerous different houses. She was very helpful in the whole process.
