Title Companies
Overall, the experience went well, we sign papers for about one hour and Elizabeth explained what they meant.
I can't comment on the price as I did not shop around. However, the total fees to the title company were just under 1% the value of the home (this included title insurance). The title company was chosen by the broker.
Overall, I was treated with respect and every thing seemed efficient.
