The technician called when he was 20 minutes out, and he arrived on time. The test was done quickly, and we were invited to observe the entire process including witnessing the numbers rise and settle on the pressure gauges. The price was among the best, and they even give a senior discount.
Although I understand the usefulness of this test, I find it an unnecessary ANNUAL requirement by the water company, especially since they charge an additional $5.00 "processing fee".

Clark was punctual and professional. Within a hour of the test I had an e-mail confirming the test and that the system had passed. Discount rates for seniors and military. What's not to like?
