We were looking for a tint that didn't make it look like it was always cloudy outside and liked the copper color available from A1. Price was higher than I expected but competitive with the other bids. The installers were on time and professional, no issues.

+ -1 moreThey have always done an excellent job. They send someone out to see what you want done and within a day email you the cost. They are always very responsive, follow up and do an excellent job. Had all the windows in the back of the house tinted about 6 years ago. Had had to replace some windows as well as the back door a year ago. They still had everything in their systems, came provide me quotes within a day and had the work done within a week. I highly recommend them to anyone! Excellent service and work quality.

+ -1 moreThe company was very good to work with, from the initial estimate through the installation and payment. The installers were very professional, well trained, experienced, conscientious technicians. They arrived as scheduled and did an excellent application of the window coatings (invisible to the eye) and were very neat (leaving no mess). They took excellent care of the antique windows and antique furniture they were working around. I was even comfortable leaving them in the house for a portion of the day.
Description of Work: Installed solar control film (window tinting) for approx. six rooms, three sets of French doors and two sidelites for a 1929 house with original windows.

+ -1 moreWe happen to stop by the store to find out if they had any availability to tint my sunroof (same day). With a struck of luck they were able to take the truck in immediately. Within 35 minutes the truck was done and ready to go. Cheryl at the front desk was top notch, and ensured that I received exactly what I wanted. The quality of tint is 3M, need I say more?! + -1 moreCalled A1 Glass Coating on Friday May 31,2013 received appointment on Sat. 06-01-2013. I was asked to bring car in a little earlier because they had two cars ahead of me. I dropped car off at 10:00 but My appointment was at 11:00 and I received call car was ready at 12:42. They done a fantastic job !!!. Easy in and out. My experience with A1 Glass Coating was Great.

This was a big job and they were able to send enough workers to complete the work in a few hours. Work was professionally performed and the workers gladly accommodated my wishes.

+ -1 moreI called A-1 and another company. The other company was so rude I was shocked. I decided on A-1, not because they were the cheapest, but because their level of customer service on the phone was far superior to the other company. I called for an appointment & A-1 was able to do my car the next day. I took it in at 9:00 am and they called me by noon to say that my car was ready. They did a wonderful job, my car looks so good. They were very polite and explained the warranty on the tinting film. Overall, this was a great experience. I would use them again, and I already tell everybody I know where I had the work done. Great company & great staff!!!

Description of Work: I had the windows in my bedroom tinted for the purpose of reducing heat (infrared). I did a lot of research about the topic before I shopped around. I got quotes from 3 different companies. A1 Glass Coating further educated me on the films performance, while the other 2 companies slung mud at each other. A1 Glass Coating had the best price. The tint look really dark when it arrives in a roll. It scared me at first, because it looked so dark all rolled up. It was fine when they put it on. They make the install look easy, but this is something I didn't want to do my self. I wanted to take advantage of the tax credit, and A1 Glass Coating even provided me the Energy Credit form, and an Angie's list report sheet.

THE COMPANY INSTALLED THE WINDOW FILM FOR SEVEN WINDOWS THROUGHOUT MY HOME THAT FACE THE WEST.
