I solicited bids from 3 vendors and ended up using A1 based on both price and the tint color selection. We were looking for a tint that didn't make it look like it was always cloudy outside and liked the copper color available from A1. Price was higher than I expected but competitive with the other bids. The installers were on time and professional, no issues.

The company was very good to work with, from the initial estimate through the installation and payment.  The installers were very professional, well trained, experienced, conscientious technicians.  They arrived as scheduled and did an excellent application of the window coatings (invisible to the eye) and were very neat (leaving no mess).  They took excellent care of the antique windows and antique furniture they were working around.  I was even comfortable leaving them in the house for a portion of the day.

They have always done an excellent job.  They send someone out to see what you want done and within a day email you the cost.  They are always very responsive, follow up and do an excellent job.  Had all the windows in the back of the house tinted about 6 years ago.  Had had to replace some windows as well as the back door a year ago.  They still had everything in their systems, came provide me quotes within a day and had the work done within a week.  I highly recommend them to anyone!  Excellent service and work quality.

We happen to stop by the store to find out if they had any availability to tint my sunroof (same day).  With a struck of luck they were able to take the truck in immediately.  Within 35 minutes the truck was done and ready to go.  Cheryl at the front desk was top notch, and ensured that I received exactly what I wanted.  The quality of tint is 3M, need I say more?!  I only use top notch products on my '11 Ram 1500 4x4 and this product will not disappoint.  Thanks again A1 Glass Coating for a pleasant experience.

Called A1 Glass Coating on Friday May 31,2013 received appointment on Sat. 06-01-2013.  I was asked to bring car in
a little earlier because they had two cars ahead of me.   I dropped car off at 10:00 but My appointment was at 11:00 and I received call car was ready at 12:42.  They done a fantastic job !!!.  Easy in and out.  My experience with A1 Glass Coating was Great.

I looked and samples and ended up picking the high end tint with the greatest heat rejection for the west facing windows. This was a big job and they were able to send enough workers to complete the work in a few hours. Work was professionally performed and the workers gladly accommodated my wishes.

I called A-1 and another company.  The other company was so rude I was shocked.  I decided on A-1, not because they were the cheapest, but because their level of customer service on the phone was far superior to the other company.  I called for an appointment & A-1 was able to do my car the next day.  I took it in at 9:00 am and they called me by noon to say that my car was ready.  They did a wonderful job, my car looks so good.  They were very polite and explained the warranty on the tinting film.  Overall, this was a great experience.  I would use them again, and I already tell everybody I know where I had the work done.  Great company & great staff!!!

Everything promised was delievered. Picked them because of good ratings and they were close. We were not disappointed. Tint has performed well with no fading or turning purple. We would recommend to friends.
