at first - I started to get concerned. Job quote was higher than I had expected but was due to age of home/windows. Windows took longer than I had been prepared for & the responsiveness of sales & office weren't the best but then: the rain stopped & the installers came & they were AMAZING. Great job - they were un-intrusive, look great, friendly & answered my questions. When done - CLEANED UP GREAT!!! (very important to me!) The windows are beautiful & it's a lifetime warranty. I will be having them do the rest of the windows next year.

Not well at all. We liked all the windows except one. We contacted the salesman to discuss the window which had over and inch gap at the top and we're basically told it was what it was. At that point I contacted the owner and once again got no where. She was not helpful in any way. She said they could fix our window the way she wanted to but cared nothing about what we wanted or how we wanted it fixed. I would never recommend this window world to anyone solely due to the owner. Worst customer service ever!!!! The installers were very friendly on a good note!

"In response to [Member Name Removed] s complaint, first and foremost not Bruce (the salesman) or myself (Owner's wife) ever spoke with [Member Name Removed]. The contract was only signed by Mr. [Member Name Removed] and when the issue arose at install he called Bruce and went over his concerns. Bruce offered an alternative solution which he also was unhappy with. Then, I called Mr. [Member Name Removed] as a courtesy when my installer advised his wife was trying to reach my husband (the Owner). I called him to explain Todd was out of town and not reachable due to being in meetings all day. He and I discussed alternative solution to his concerns and again, he wasn't willing to proceed with that and yet he wasn't willing to advise what he would like us to do to resolve his issue. At that time, the call was disconnected (either due to his bad cell service or hanging up). The installer on site also offered an alternative solution which she was still unhappy with. All in all, from sale, to install, to customer service we followed the protocols we have in place to do our best to make sure our customers are happy with their windows and the process. I can't understand what more that [Member Name Removed] would like us to do as the issue they have is based on their home's existing structure. 10 of the 11 windows are in Brick which means they are measured and installed from the outside. The 11th window is not in brick so we must measure and install from the inside. This was discussed and items charged at time of sale to account for this one window being different. The source of their complaint was they didn't like the appearance of this 11th window and they claim they were never advised of this difference. This is NOT possible as Mr. [Member Name Removed] was present and signed for the items on the contract which Bruce explained in detail. He also was present when Bruce measured ONLY that one window from the inside (not from the outside, like the rest). We are not mind readers so we have to ascertain that the homeowner understands all that is discussed and decided upon prior to signing the contract with the salesman. If there was any confusion or question, Bruce would've happily gone over that prior to closing the sale. This did NOT happen and therefore the windows were custom made and installed. All the windows are properly measured and operate correctly. Now the complaint has changed again to the customer service aspect from sale to customer service call. Again, we all pride ourselves on doing right by our customers and I reiterate that neither myself nor Bruce have ever spoken with [Member Name Removed] regarding this (as she explains in her complaint). We wish it could've ended differently but we can't always please everyone, even as hard as we try. We hope as time goes on, [Member Name Removed] will enjoy her windows and the added value they bring to their home."

Took longer than promised to deliver and install windows. When started, one did not fit and had to be boarded up for 2 weeks, two other windows were not sealed completely and had to be done on return trip and tools were left in house. Also, black handprints were left on wall when board was taken down. We were really happy with our sales person, but overall disappointed in total experience. Was expecting much better.

Todd came out right away and gave me his bid. The cost after installation was the same, I was not hit with any "extras". The installers were on time and pleasant to be around. I needed other projects done to my home and he was happy to recommend specialists for the work that I wanted.

The sales man came to our home and grave us a firm cost of the total installation and the time frame for the  work completion. The time frame was right on time and the installers did great work and cleanup.
This is the second time we have used Window World, the first time was 10 years ago on our previous home, and we have had the same good results both times on all workman ship and follow thru.
The windows not only have a very good appearance but are energy savers and in my view will easily pay for the total cost over time. ( Also, the federal income tax credit helps). I would recommend Window World and fill sure you will like them as much as I do.

They took out the old aluminum single pane windows and installed new vinyl double pane windows all the way around my home.  They look great and have cut down on exterior noise.  Nice job and end result.
Obviously the cost was not $1, but I don't recall the price at the moment I am writing this review.

They were installed on the date and time promised and job was completed in one day. Crew was very professional and exceptionally clean, I even called the office after they left and complimented them on how clean everything was.

Had a small problem with one window and it was taken care of within a few hours after I called. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company.
