WAGGONER AIR CONDITIONING

We had an old unit that was terribly inefficient. House stayed hot during the summer, hot/cold spots during winter; utility bills were huge; the whole house vibrated every time the unit came on (peer & beam). After comparing prices with several companies, we chose Waggoner based on a recommendation from a family member. We upgraded from a 3-1/2 ton to a 4 ton heat pump and upgrade the SEER from 8 to 14.5. They arrived on time and were very pleasant. The installation men were here for most of the day, but were very good at checking all the small details. We can now feel the air instantly when the unit is working - amazing! The unit does not run as much as the old one did. The house no longer vibrates!! I am waiting expectantly for the next electricity bill to see the difference, and I do expect to see it come down. We will definitely refer friends and family to Waggoner in the future and will use them from now on for any service that the unit may need.
