I am a one-inspector company and take tremendous pride in my work. Home inspectors do not provide code inspections (though many of the state's standards are based on codes); however, I chose to study and take the necessary tests to become code-certified and, as far as I know, am the only licensed home inspector in east Texas that is code-certified. So, how do you choose a home inspector? I know that home inspections require a lot of work and a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort and ethic. I promise to give you my best effort. When you call other inspectors, ask how long they will spend inspecting your home. I generally move at about 600 square feet per hour. Many other inspectors can do a 2,000 square foot home in 2 hours or less! So if you happen to be moving to Tyler, Gresham, Flint,Whitehouse, Bullard, Chandler, Coffee City, Chapel Hill, Edom, Lindale, Frankston, Noonday, Mineola or any other fine East Texas city, please consider calling me about your home inspection.
