We had to go ahead and buy fertilizer and spread and spend nearly $100.00.  Have many dead spots where they treated for weeds and killed everything.

I spoke with someone in corporate and expected my requests to be relayed to the local office, which is in Tyler.  None of my requests were relayed.  I asked that they come in the afternoon, around 2:30 p.m. because I have a large dog.  I asked that they call first and NOT to ring door bell which  bothers our dog.   The attendants that came this morning had not been informed of any of my requests.  I happened to come earlier than normal and catch them at our home working in the front yard.   We keep our back gates locked.   I explained that I had made requests and they told me they had no idea about any of my requests.  I called the number I had for TruGreen and expressed my disappointment that my messages had not been given to the local office.  Someone from Tyler called and apologized and asked if he could call me back today at 3:30 p.m. and make it up to me.  It is now 5:00pm and he has not called.  I probably would not refer them to anyone else due to the situation that has arisen.

They didn't do anything because they never got back to me to even do an estimate.

The work was done very professionally.  Thservice man was usually there and gone before we knew anything was happening.  However, our Yorkshire Terrier always knew something was afoot.
I'm not a big talker, the company did an excellent job for us for almost 2 years.  I am in a rental now and plan to buy in the Friendswood/Pearland Texas area in 2013.  I will use TruGreen again.  Not much else to say, good company good people, good product, good work performed!!!

Been using Truegreen for 5 years now.  Never had a problem with them always been very professional.  

They are excellent and they are right on top of things. I noticed that part of the yard was not as healthy looking and they told us what to do about that.
