I went in one day to "upgrade" my computer for my business and saw that they sold refurblished computers, and they were at a good price. The lady who sold me the computer also said "We never hear of customers having problems with our used computer...and I believed her...I wish I NEVER met this place, I would not recommend buying used computers from here. This is my second computer that I have bought from this place, and about 6 months later the screen is going out. Last time within 6 months my hard drive went out. And of course they offer 30 day warranty, which don't matter. The business did say they would wave the labor charge, but I will be responsible for parts. But when I reached out regarding when I should bring it, they never responded. So overall a VERY negative experience, and I'm NEVER buying anything from them again. So unless you are wanting to waste $250+ on used computers that will go out or need fixing within 3 months, I think you should look at other options.

I have no idea what they did, but it did perform somewhat better. I wasn't a home run, but overall I was satisfied. A lot better than the geek squad.

They are very personable. Felt extremely comfortable with their abilities. The computer was finished before estimated time and it now runs like a top!
