After receiving a few bids I decided to use TDI for a new air conditioner. While they weren't the least expensive, their good reputation and quality of service was the deciding factor and I couldn't have been happier with my decision.

The salesperson Judy was very knowledgeable and answered many questions I had on the new system. On the install date the installers and supervisor promptly arrived on time and were courteous and professional throughout the whole installation. They cleaned up everything tidy again and stayed until I was completely satisfied with comfortable with the A/C's operation.

Service man arrived on time even quicker than they had promised on the phone, he was extremely thorough and didn't try any sales tactics, I felt he was very honest about the problem I had. After explaining to me what he had found and determined what was wrong with my indoor heating unit, he had it cleaned/repaired in about 30 minutes total. I could not have been any happier with the service and professionalism that TDI gave. It is still working like a charm. I will contimue to have TDI service my AC/Heating unit twice a year (spring and summer) as he suggested to keep the problem from recurring.

Excellent experience with TDI.Service tech was very professional. He thoroughly investigated the unit and determined that we only needed a relay switch and a new heating element. This was a surprise since we had another company come out before TDI and stated that we needed a entire new inside and outside system for around 8K. That being said I decided to give Harlon Lambright with TDI a call for a second opinion. Harlon runs the company and is honest as the day is long. I was not surprised that his service techs reflect his leadership. I should have called TDI in the first place. They have been in business since 1979.

Our experience with them was great. We liked their price. We liked the fact that they showed up when they were supposed to. They did what they said they would. We were happy with the price. Their responsiveness and punctuality was excellent.
