Dave came out and examined my defunct ice machine and explained what needed to be done. I agreed to that. He had to order a part and wanted me to pay up front. I don't pay before the work is done usually but this time I did. He ordered the part and when it came in he came back to install it. As he started to install the new piece he found something else that was defunct. He ordered that part and returned to install that when he found a larger issue. He told me then, and I agreed with him, that it would cost more to fix this one than It would cost to buy a new one. He took the new parts to return, returned my money, left the ice machine interior in pieces with liquid cleaner left to sit.

He was good, very reasonable, and knew exactly what he was doing. He answers your phone calls promptly. I had to leave a message, but he called back within a day, if not within the same day. I did not have to wait a long time. He was on vacation when he called me back when I left a message. He explained the he was on vacation, told me when he would be back, and said that he understood if I could not wait that long. If not, he would set up an appointment for when he got back.
