Storkland

I ordered these rails on 12/17/2009 and as of today 5/14/2010 I still have not received them. Every time I call they tell me they have to check on them and call me back. The manager has not once returned one of my phone calls. I personally went into the store and followed her to her office to check on them which is when she told me they would arrive at the store on 4/15/2010. A month later I still do not have them. I cannot order these bed rails anywhere else in Tyler because Storkland is the distributor for this manufacturer. I was charged for the bed rails when I ordered them in December not when I actually received the merchandise. I am so fed up and displeased with the service and response I have received at Storkland that I would not even purchase so much as a pacifer for my daughter there.
