We came back from a weekend trip and found soggy carpet in our bedroom where it adjoined the master bathroom. It became apparent that there was a slow water leak that was probably either in our slab foundation or somewhere in a wall. We had to shut off the main water valve to the whole house. After some fast searching, we learned there are only about 2 leak detection services in the Tyler area. The first one we called said they couldn't come out for at least a week. Stonemark promised to come in one day, so we hired them. They came that next day and got right to work. After a quick look around, they unpacked their instruments and set them up for leak detection. Within about 1-2 hours, they eliminated any foundation problem and determined the leak had to be in a wall in a bathroom. They carefully chose the least damaging approach to cutting into that wall. Then the water pressure was turned back on, and the leak became apparent as a spray-mist coming from a pinhole in a copper pipe. They turned off the water, cut out a short section of bad pipe, and put us in touch with Eschberger Plumbing for a fast plumbing repair job. Then Stonemark came back a few days later and repaired the sheetrock. We could not have been happier with their very timely and professional services! If I had another leak, I wouldn't call anyone but Stonemakr.

They were much more responsive than the other leak detection services. I don't remember how much I spent with them. They were very professional and very responsive. I would use their services again in the future.

The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and they did not exceed the estimate. Wes Spangler is an honest contractor and chooses his team wisely. I feel that he did the best he could do given the extensive nature of our repairs. His team is friendly and hard working. They pay attention to detail, even picking up their cigarette butts off my property at my request, since I am a non smoker. They made it possible for us to get through a very trying experience.
