NO STARS! Do not ever use Matt Phillips of Stone Ridge Pool and Landscape Co., LLC. We entered into an agreement in Sept 2023 to have our pool resurfaced, and he took an $11,400 down payment. Then he never got started on the work, despite 8 weeks giving me delay after delay, and weather was only a factor once. Then he started ghosting my texts and phone calls. And of course, I haven't received my down payment back, despite requesting a full refund. All this guy will do for you is to take your large down payment, and then he'll never be seen again. He basically stole $11,400 from me. Stay far far away from this corrupt person.

I had a sprinkler system installed in Feb of 2006 then they did my Hydromulch in April of 2006. All work was ordered at the same time. The sprinkler system was installed in a reasonable amount of time,except for the sprayer heads, they did not install those till they came back in April to do the Hydromulch. The Hydromulch looked good at first. So I paid the total bill. After a few day, you could see where they had missed spraying, I call and my calls were never returned. I also sent faxes to no avail. The Hydromulch was suppose to have Centipede grass seed in it. The only centipede grass I have in my yard is what Iittle bit I had in my front yard to begin with. The owner Matt Phillips told me they were members of the BBB, being new to this I did not think to check on that, but when I call to file a complaint with the BBB, guess what, they had been kicked out of the BBB. I did everything Matt told me to do, water twice a day for the first two weeks then once a day after that, I still never had any centipede grass from his work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF MATT PHILLIPS STILL OWNS IT.
