I was moving out and wanted my carpets cleaned so I called Stanley Steemer to take advantage of the special. The carpets looked NEW! They smelled good and looked great after they raked them. I will definitely call them when I find a new home.

I left the room and for some reason they cleaned a leather recliner. It has ruined the finish of the chair.

It went very well. The 2 guys that came out, called me before hand and were nice. They were well knowledged on what they were doing. The carpets looked great when they were done.

Cleaning team was punctual and did a thorough job. I had already moved all furniture out except for the beds and dressers so it didn't take an extended amount of time. They worked diligently to remove a couple of serious spots and everything looked great when they finished. My only disappointment was that I had negotiated a price with the person who had scheduled the work and that price was indicated on the work order. The person who came to the house said it was in error and charged more. Just make sure the scheduler confirms the pricing with the work crew.

They did a real good job but the treatment they sprayed on the carpet I didn't like it at all there was a bad smell for a couple of weeks.

Have a rent house that I had to evict tenants. They had several dogs and were all chain smokers. Set up the appointment through their 800 number. The two local technicians showed up as scheduled. The service required removing all central air vent covers so they can run the compressed air line into each one by hand. This blows all dust and debris out the same way. Service only took about 30min to 45min. and produced visible results.

They were polite and professional.
