we got it in quickly, an appointment was made for the rig, and were able to get it back quickly. Parts had to be ordered and were the biggest time issue. Very happy with all the people we dealt with, friendly and helpful.

We purchased a used travel trailer from Southern RV in Lafayette, LA late November 2011. When we expressed our concern about one tire we were told they inspected it and everything was fine. On our return from our first trip on 12/26, we not only experienced a tire blow-out, the wheel came off and caused the axle to tilt and a bolt to shred the second tire on that side. Luckily we were close to an Interstate exit and limped to a gas station. Unit had to be transported on a flatbed and we opted to take it to Tyler since it was the same company we bought the unit from. Lafayette replied to the issue with "Good luck" and "No this is not covered under the expensive warranty you bought." Then the trouble with the service department in Tyler began. It took over 6 weeks and much more money than the estimate to finally be repaired. Even the adjuster had trouble getting answers from them.We will NEVER deal with them again, not their Tyler location nor their Lafayette nor their Bossier City location. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we were miles away from home and had to sit in a motel room waiting for them to get this repaired.To make matters worse, our power line and brake line were cut when they handed over the unit. Of course they blamed the wrecker service.
