Had a broken shutoff valve under my kitchen sink. Byron Boggs was at my house within an hour and got it repaired quickly for very fair price on a Sunday afternoon! Thank you so much!

I had Sean come out because my washer drain was clogged, he gave me a quote and had to schedule to come back out with the right equipment. Well when the day had come a couple other guys came out and had no idea they needed any equipment and they knew nothing about the job that needed to be done. They put in every attempt to get my drain unclogged but they were unsuccessful. They quoted me double the price to get the job done and I said NO WAY! Well the manager or maybe he could have been the owner ended up coming out the next day with Sean again and they got the job done for what I was originally quoted. I am very pleased with this company and they put in EVERY ounce of effort to get my washer going again and kept their word, I will forever be a customer with this company. Thanks Sean and Mike for today!

We were very pleased. The plumbers (2 of them, one was a trainee, I think) arrived 30-45 minutes after I made the call. They were very professional, very courteous. The "lead" plumber explained everything he discovered, and every step he needed to take before he took it. He also very clearly laid out the cost before every step. They cleaned up after themselves, and even offered to put back everything I'd taken out from under the sink. And, when our cat Brutus came out to watch, they were very nice to him and tolerant of his attempts to "help."

While there was initial confusion surrounding the use of Angie's List to book service, after contacted directly, it was resolved quickly.  David arrived on time, and worked diligently until completion.  Very professional, and great customer service.

Bill provided both the free estimate and subsequently the installation. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious of the quality of his work. He was also very interactive with me, explaining what he was going to do and then, later, asking me if his layout of the faucets was acceptable or did I want it changed. He ran into complications during installation (none of which was his fault) and I never heard him complaining to himself or directly to me. The problems caused a 3 hour job to turn into a 6 hour job. He honored the 3-hour estimate and I didn't have to pay more. I would definitely hire this company again.

David was very professional, courteous with an easy going demeanor.  He was able to assess the situation and looked over our main house line to ensure that there weren't other blocked drains elsewhere.  He ran his electric machine and took care of the clog.  It only took about 30 minutes for everything to be taken care of.  He was very thorough in cleaning after himself when he was finished.  He is a good employee and had a great attitude!

The plumber was punctual, professional, polite. He made sure I understood everything he was doing. He discovered the problem and explained it to me. Unfortunately, it is a problem that will require a contractor that will have to tear out a tub and make major repairs because the previous owners of the house we bought did not have a trap installed in the tub. Not good news, but at least we know where the foul smell is coming from!

Provider responded within 30 minutes to my request to clear main drain line stoppage.  Technician (Greg) professionally conducted the repair (including estimate and description of services) efficiently and effectively, including explanation of video diagnosis of the line and answered all of my questions regarding long-term solution options for a 50 year old sewer system in close proximity to a number of large trees,  Roto-Rooter was not my first choice because I thought a national franchise would be more expensive than local SMB plumbers.  I was mistaken and very glad I called Roto-Rooter because they were able to respond almost immediately whereas initial calls to my first choice was unable to respond for 48-hours out even on an emergency after-hours basis.  Roto-Rooter's prices were very competitive with my initial call's rates.   I had researched my choices using Angie's List and the internet.  My only complaint with Angie's List was the absence of current reviews, but that is an issue with the list subscribers rather not Angie's List.  Bottom line, I was extremely pleased with the provider and would highly recommend to others.

He came promptly after calling and donned his little red boot covers to ensure that my house didn't get mucked up. After running the water and watching the bathtub slowly drain, he flipped the toggle switch for the stopper and then showed me the problem. Three solutions and the approximate costs were presented and I chose the simplest and least expensive. He was cheerful, personable, respectful and quick.

I do not want to do business with a company who cares so little about their customers. A simple phone call saying they would not be able to come would have been appreciated.

After long term absence of usage of a bathroom, a new toilet and tub had been installed. After a couple weeks of usage, raw sewage started backing up into the tub. The technician, Bill, arrived within an hour of the initial phone call. He scoped the line, found the blockage and cleaned the line without having to pull the toilet or do any work in the bathroom on top of the new fixtures and tile.
Prior to doing any work, he located the point of entry for his equipment, explained what he was going to do and gave me a price. Based on the equipment he had at his disposal to use and the fact the work was minimally invasive and no fixtures had to be pulled, the price of $210 was very agreeable.

I called the morning of 6/12/2015 and within 4 hours, I had a service technician at my home to give me a quote. He snaked my pipes and peashooter, had everything back working within the day. I was extremely pleased with their services and will use them again in the future.

Everything went well. Matthew was courteous, efficient, and effective. His professionalism was most excellent due to the manner in which he conducted himself. He answered my wife's questions thoroughly and took his time doing so.

I did a schedule now, entry for Rotor-Rooter and they called back within ten minutes and scheduled the service. After hearing the story about how we had been unable to w,ash dishes, hands, shower or use the toilette since Sunday because it is all connected and we had just had the septic pumped the day after New Years so that wasn't the issue they sent some one right out. As I stated before, the young man came earlier than scheduled with a terrific attitude and was finished before the time originally scheduled. Great job snaking the lines and repairing the toilette seal that I broke trying to do it myself! Well worth the expense! I will call them sooner for all future plumbing issues. Thank you.

This is the second time we have used Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs. This time they replaced our water heater and unclogged a drain. They were prompt, courteous, and friendly. The charge was very reasonable for the service given. I recommend
them for any plumbing job. Roto-Rooter isn't just for clogged drains anymore.
 

He used his camera to spot the problem in the line and then unstopped it.  They called to tell me they were on their way and arrived promptly. The whole process didn't take very long and everything is working fine now.
