Rose City Carpet Cleaners

My husband and I hired our own carpet cleaner, Rose City Carpet Cleaning, to come in and clean my son's one bedroom apartment even though the apartment complex has its own carpet cleaner. Last year, the carpet was cleaned before he moved in but the dog hair and the dog smell lingered in the room for the entire 11 months. On top of it, after 11 months of having my son living in it, the carpet had many stains all over the place. Robert of Rose City did an excellent job on my son's apartment. The bedroom area dried in a few hours and the living/dining area dried completely by the end of the day. We watched him vacuum the carpet thoroughly after examining the areas he had to clean. The carpet looks almost new after it dried. It's so much better than last year's in house service. It sure pays to hire someone on your own! Yes, it costed us instead of free but it was well worth it. Robert was very thorough with his work. I can see that the old fashion work ethics came through with his work. We are very happy we picked him out of all the ones that are listed on Angie's List. We highly recommend him.

We were very satisfied with the work they did. They gave us a price ahead of time, and came when they said they would. They did the work on a Saturday. We did not have to be here when they did they work, and they are very trustworthy. This was our second time using them. They did some work on another floor at our church previously. The pricing was very reasonable.

Excellent service, punctual, professional & the stains were removed! (One stain was from a soda & the other stain was from fruit that leaked from a sack. Both were over a year old but had been hand washed & kept returning. RCCC did an excellent job!)

They did a great job and took time to treat the stained places. It looks wonderful and the results have lasted with none of the spots coming back after time. Appreciate the effort and extra time expended. Also, they came later in the evening which was better for us.

It went very well. They had all the equipment they needed (ie, I didn't have to provide the electricity). They worked professionally. My three pieces of furniture had not been cleaned in a long time, and I was pleased with how clean they looked when done.
