About us

We are a family owned Termite and Pest Control business in Tyler TX. We have 4 employees who work both in the office and the field. Our owners, Tony and Kim Busby, both run the business, as well as make service calls. We collect service charges at the time service is performed. Established customers can ask for billing, which is done weekly. We have reward drawings for established customers through our facebook page.

Came out positive he could get rid of my ants and other pest.  failure 4 days later working around the house ants were worse than ever in the yard, and also IN MY HOUSE!!!! went to do some work under my house and got bitten by a spider that ate a hole in me and had to be surgically removed. canceled the check i wrote them the following day. horrible service no follow up call, and the work done made the problem worse. i do have to say my experience with Rid-X was a very discouraging one.
