I called Todd yesterday and he gave me a estimate I contacted 4 other places and his was the most reasonable for what I needed done. His employers were very friendly, respectful, and ON TIME!!!

cut boards not straight and holes in sofits.  Holes in wall from hanging TV and around outlet.  Not told of any of these. Discovered these on my own. Confronted owner. He sent son and other to repair. took 2 times to repair but he did make it right.

His name is Todd William. The experience was very good. I would use them again.

I used Todd due to the fact my mother had used him in the past. Althought things didn't go exactly as planned with her project either I decided to try him anyhow. He did come the first time or two that I scheduled, not on time but he showed, they did do the projects I had set forth but it never seemed like they were working as fast as they could have been, I would walk away only to come back and find some of the same purchased items laying on the floor waiting and there were more than just him. Oh forgot to mention he charges by the hour and I would say ok I want to pay for 2 hours. When those hours were up there would still be things to put up leaving no other choice but to have to hire him to come back out AGAIN and try to get it done. He also lied when asked about putting in a doorbell for me he told me it prob couldn't be done or would cost alot because it didn't have the wiring for it yet there was an old doorbell outside of the house showing there was once a doorbell!?.Each time I called for his assistance the communication got worse and worse! He wouldn't show when he said he would, he didn't answer his phone half the time, he wouldn't return calls and then he would set appt's and not show. The last straw was when he made an appt to come and finish the stuff he left weeks and calls ago and not only did he not show but when I called him for the umpteenth time to ask why he stood me up again he stated that he had a bigger job that came threw that he started and needed to finish and if he could reschedule. He never answered my phone calls again after that. Sorry! I don't know how people like this stay in business. The work that he did turned out fine although some suggestions that were obvious would have been nice but I wouldn't do it ever again!
