Ken at Rapport Construction did an amazing job on our bathroom repair! We had an issue with a leaking shower and some water damage starting to show in the wall. They came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and handled everything—from replacing the damaged drywall to re-tiling around the shower and sealing everything properly. It looks brand new now, and no more leaks! Super professional, clean, and trustworthy. I’m so glad we found them. Highly recommend!

Rapport Construction was honest in their quote, at the expense of not getting a bigger job. That created a lot of trust for me. Then, they were very professional while doing the work. They cleaned up each day, showed up when they said they would be there, and most importantly, their work was excellent craftsmanship. It is rare to see contractors with these qualities. Ken has done several projects for me. The most recent one being a small storage bench in my mudroom. He is professional and communicative throughout the process. He made sure of what it was that I was visualizing and made it perfectly!

Kenny is very good at listening and communicating during the job process. He makes sure he knows what you want and then executes your vision. He has done several projects for me such as laying tile floor, carpentry and moving/rebuilding a wall. He has decades of experience in construction and handyman repair. I recommend Kenny as his services are done right and in a timely manner.

The owner came out took his time no rush give us a quote and went over everything. Started the job as scheduled had some challenges with supplies but kept us posted every step of the way communication was perfect I love my new remodeled basement.
