Rebecca Jackson

I came upon Mr. Jackson's contact information through another tile installer who was highly recommended by a friend, but who was too busy to get to our job in a time frame that would work for us. He told me there were only two other tile guys he recommends. Charlie Jackson was one of them. Charlie gave us an estimate that was comparable to other professional installers and was very confident and relaxed in answering any questions we had about the job. I was comfortable with him from the start. We chose to hire him and couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Charlie arrived on time with an apprentice and they spent the next two days tiling our master bathroom floor and counter top. He has apparently been doing this job for thirty years or so, and that shows in his work! Even on a couple of trouble spots along the way, like running into a mirror that had been hung crooked years ago didn't deter him. He worked some magic with the tile to hide the crooked appearance and it looks great. I am happy to see he is passing his extensive knowledge along to his apprentice because he is very good at what he does. The work done met or exceeded my expectations, they were polite and left no mess behind. I was pleased enough, in fact, that once I finally choose a back-splash for my kitchen I WILL be calling Charlie again! All in all, working with Charlie Jackson was music to my ears :-)
