He did an excellent job! Was super communicative and went the extra mile to repair my window sills. He made sure the paint was perfectly smooth even though I had an older can that had dried a bit. I would highly recommend!

I’ve known Tony for years and he does excellent work! Years ago, he painted my mother’s home before she moved in. He and his crew did a great job and I would 100% recommend him for anything you have need for!

Tony kept our budget in mind and worked with us to complete our shower remodeling project in our master bathroom.

Excellent! Tony, the owner, was extremely communicative and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and keep me updated throughout the process. Late on a Monday night, I shared with Tony that I had had multiple contractors cancel on me last-minute and that, as a result, I was in a very difficult spot with little time to get the jobs completed that I needed done the very next day. Tony told me he would do whatever he could to move things around in his schedule and accommodate my needs. He did just that. The next morning, Ray (the handyman), was at my house at 10 am sharp — exactly the time I was told he would be there. Punctuality may be not a big deal to some, but as someone who has has found it very difficult to get contractors in ETX to show up on time — if at all (and do great work), this stood out to me as a beacon of integrity and professionalism in a sea of mediocrity. Ray was very good and completed the jobs to the exact specifications required.

Had an exterior door replaced & a storm installed. They did a great job & they look really good! The workers were respectful & asked questions when needed to & got the job done in great time. Will definitely use them again!

We had a water line bust in our ceiling during a freeze. Tony and his guys came in and got it fixed as well as removing the yucky popcorn ceilings from several rooms. They did an amazing job! They retextured and painted the ceiling in the kitchen, utility/laundry room, dining room, living room, and hallway. My ceiling looks gorgeous and brand new!! My house was built in 81 and is in need of a face lift! They will definitely do a great job! We will use them indefinitely!

Our heater fan stopped working during the cold freeze in our area. I called Tony and he was able to get his guy out quickly to replace our fan motor. The service was excellent and our problems were resolved without issue. I would recommend Tony to do any work needed around the house. He is affordable and trustworthy.

Went great! I'm pretty handy, but I'm busy, and I had a front door assembly giving me trouble. Tony was the right guy to trust to get the job done, be friendly, and take time to show me what was going on. Will hire him again.

Ratliff does repairs on my airbnb-- Thorough. Knowledgeable. Reliable.-- These are the 3 words I'd use to describe my on-going experience calling on Tony to help fix things. He sees the details and scope of the need and easily gets it done. I've asked him to fix all kinds of things and I still haven't found something he's not able to do well. He is reliable to show up and get the job completed and communicates so that, although I'm miles away, I know what's going on with my house. I'm especially thankful for his positive attitude and eagerness as well.

Hired them for the second time after being so impressed with the first project! We asked them to fill a patch in the ceiling. It is perfect, you can’t even tell we had a repair in the ceiling! It is so seamless! We will be using them for all our projects!!

Tony Ratliff installed safety Bars in my shower. He was very professional, considerate and did a fantastic job. He kept in touch with me, came on time and quickly got the job done. We were in a time crunch because my husband was getting out of the hospital so Tony offered to come on the holiday to do the job! He’s very reasonable in pricing and worth every dime we paid him. He even put together a stool for me! I would certainly use him again and I highly recommend Ratliff Painting and Repair!

We found Ratliff through Angi.com and his services did not disappoint. Very responsive. He was able to get to our urgent project right away. He proved very capable. He replaced a broken bed frame and installed a new one to the existing headboard as well as put the bedroom back together afterwards. He switched out doorknobs and looked over the place for other delayed maintenance items. Ratliff painting & repair did a complete & upstanding job & proved trustworthy! Thankful for his work on our house.

Tony was only contractor to bid on my hard to get to area, small job. Other contractors said job was too small or jacked up the bid 4x. Very disappointed in local area contractors near Henderson. Tony's carpenter Zane, was very innovative in his approach to repair.

He wasn't part of the job but just his people that do the work did a good job. The projects are not yet finished they're not even half way through. I won't need his service anymore and I'll just get someone who can finish the work.
