The owners are a couple. The wife is a gemologist. The thing I like about her is that I don't feel any pressure with her at all. She also brings in her suppliers with rings. If the first set don't seem to fit quite right, the supplier will bring in another set. She is a lovely person. Her husband is extremely experienced in the business. They are just very lovely people to work with. I don't feel any pressure from either owner.
