I chose Perry movers from my original list because they were the only ones who did an onsite estimate in detail. The estimate provided by Alvin Lewis was very thorough. They also offered the temporary storage during the marketing of our old house, delivering the shell to our driveway and allowing us to load unnecessary items in advance. After three days they took the goods to storage and delivered to our new home prior to our full shipment. Allen & Mark unloaded for us and could not have been more professional or courteous. On the day of our full move, Eric Drummond and his crew arrived promptly Monday morning and completely packed our goods and loaded the truck in one day. They then met us at our new house Tuesday morning and had completely unloaded by 2 PM. Eric ran an organized , motivated crew who were professional and courteous to a man. They moved the furniture until it was in the correct place even though we changed our minds a few times. Perry movers clearly has a culture built on serving the customer. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. The cost came in about $1000 lower than the estimate but that was due to the fact that we had a month to transfer much of the clothing and dishes, etc, ourselves.
