Went in on the 12th and made apt for the following morning.Discussed with the mechanic that the 5 speed A/C fan was not working on speeds 1 and 5. There was a resister on the switch which was probably out and needed replacement.We brought the car in the next morning and authorized the repair. They called us back later on the 13th and advised there were several other problems that needed repair. I stated: just fix the fan. _Price quoted was 150.00.I agreed on the price. When we picked up the car they had included an air filter we did not order(20.00) and they charged 44.99 for an "electrical component evaluation" I asked for a print out of the evaluation and they said you would have to stand behind the tech while he was doing the evaluation..,really? Not happy with PEP Boys and over all I would not be using them again.
