this company installed our garage door about 6 years ago. then we started having problems with the door not opening in april 2013. they came out 5 times within 30 days in an attempt to repair the door. the replaced several parts costing around $400 during the 5 trips. each time the door would operate when they were here but would always fail again within a day or two. our repeated calls to the business seemed to have no effect. on the fourth time, I spoke to the owner about the problem but he was no help and just seemed t be annoyed that I was calling. finally I got fed up and had to call another company to come out and install a brand new garage door opener. I wrote a letter to this company and requested a refund of the money I spent but they never responded, so now I will file a better business bureau complaint. horrible customer service!!!
