Not well. I am not happy. My contractor hired the Overhead Door Company of Tyler to install a garage door. The first garage door that arrived at the job site was damaged. When the second garage door was installed, the installers came when no one was on the job site and didn't inform anyone they would be there. They also did not leave a key to the door. I didn't think this would be a problem at first, since I had to have the house re-keyed and would get keys for the garage door lock. Well, it was a BIG problem. The locksmith locked the garage door and then couldn't reopen it. He said he couldn't re-key the lock because the lock was proprietary to the garage door company. I called Overhead Door Company, and they said they would send out keys. They did and left them at an agreed upon location since I was not at the house. These keys didn't work. I had a renter moving into the house, and he needed access to the garage to move his stuff in. Jason Stanley of Overhead Garage Doors came out and tried to open the door while I was there and could not. He took my garage door key and said he'd come back to change the lock the next day. (I live out of town.) My renter came the next day and said the garage door was still locked, and he couldn't get in. I called the company, and they said they'd changed the lock and left a key in the agreed upon hiding place. My renter tried the key, and he still could not get the door to open. I ended up calling the locksmith company back and paid them $95. With some effort, the locksmith was able to get the door unlocked. He said the door striker bar was misaligned, and he ended up enlarging the area where the bar went through so it wouldn't get stuck. I think Overhead Door should pay the $95. since they failed to make sure the door worked properly. Three different people including a locksmith could not open the door with the "new" key and "new" lock, not just one person. It took a lot of effort.

Service was performed well. One short coming is that they did not have an estimated arrival time so I sat home all day awaiting the service persons arrival at 5 pm. Frustrating at least.?

Called around town for a quote for a 2 car aluminum garage door. After 3 quotes this company was the cheapest by far. Staff was very friendly and replaced door and tracks. Had a minor issue a month later locking lever scraped tracks when door was in motion company came right back out immediately and fixed the issue. Very pleasant to do business with. Replacement door is of very good quality better than door that came with house. For anyone looking to repair or replace a garage door for any reason this company is a great option.

I thought we would have to replace it, but when they came out, they found the door had just pulled away from the wall. They fixed the anchor, and I didn't need a new door.

They had different types of doors that we had to choose from. We heard of them from Angie's list. I was well pleased with their service. The gentleman came out to make initial contact and proposal. They had several e-mail contacts for status. We thought it was good. There were just a few things that just were not quite what I was expecting. I thought the price was pretty reasonable.

Very well. After having bad experiences with contractors, I have been doing everything myself (i.e...electrical, plumbing, fencing, etc.) and was about to purchase and install the garage door opener myself. After much thought and prayer decided to let Overhead Door to install it. Spoke with their salesman about what I wanted, he came out saw what I had and gave me options of their garage door openers. The installers came out a few days later and found out that my rafter were to close to the garage door when opened that they had to use a different type of track system for the clearance of the door to the rafters. My wife is now so happy that she does not have to manually open the door, Thank you Overhead Door for making my wife happy!

They had installed the opener for another company but because they didn't sell it they would not warranty the service. Work was done before I was told the cause of the problem or how much it would cost. They product replacement was about 10-20% of the cost. The rest was the service call. I felt it was very high.

My garage door would not open or close properly with the garage door opener. It would start and stop several times before it would open or close. I called and they scheduled me within 2 days of the call. JR came out and assesed the problem and found that it was in the door unit itself. He made some adjustments and it worked just fine. He also checked and tighten all the bolts in the door and oiled all the rollers and spring. He also performed a safety check on the door to insure it would stop if something got under the door as it was operating.

Garage door wouldn't open. Called for service. Company scheduled a time for technician to arrive. Tech arrived on time, replaced the broken spring, and was finished and gone in less than 30 minutes.

We called Overhead Door and they sent someone out to give us an estimate. We agreed and about a week later they called to schedule installation. The two men arrived at the time they said they would and had completed the installation of the new garage door in an hour and a half. They were prompt, courteous and made sure that the area was clean and free of any debris they might have created.

They are excellent. They are just an excellent company. They are well established here. I would absolutely recommend them. They were recommended to me by a neighbor. They were prompt and did great work. It was reasonable as I recall.
