This was the second time using this company. We were referred by other friends who use Noah's Critters. The owner and other team members are professional, courteous, and outstanding overall. Couldn't be happier with the services. We definitely recommend them and will continue using them in the future.

It went very well. Mary Katzke owns the business and she was the one that came for a consult and to meet my animals before I left. She was very organized with a folder of information about her business. I could tell right away that she was very knowledgeable about animals and loved them and my two Australian Shephards took right to her. She emailed me with a progress report the second day that I was gone and I called her one other time. When I got back into town in the evening, it was as though I had never left. They were very healthy and happy. I will use her again for sure!

We cannot tell you how pleased we are to have Mary see to our 4 legged children when we were out of town. Both times we used her services we contacted her on short notice and had no problem in setting up the service.Our first interview with her was very pleasant and very complete. She had no problem medicating our elderly cat . Our cats loved her and she greeted each of them and loved on them. We felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. She is knowledgeable about local vets and emergency services if needed during your absence.

I initiated a call to request a consultation and got the owner of the company. However, she was too busy to speak with me and assured me that she would call me right back. It took her most of the day before she finally returned my phone call and when she did, she was on her cell phone and the reception was way less than optimal. I could not understand anything she was saying so I asked her to call me back once she was in an area that had actual cell phone reception. The owner of the company never called me back, but one of her employees did call me. We set up an appointment for the consultation so that I and my dogs could meet her. The employee arrived on time, was very pleasant and I liked her. We filled out all of the required paperwork, I had to pay $10.00 for the consultation and we agreed in writing on a set fee of $13.00 for the midday visit (Noah's calls this the mini-visit). The appointment for the first midday visit was on 3/28/12. On 3/30/12 I called the employee to make arrangements for the upcoming week of 4/2/12 - 4/6/12. The employee then informed me that the owner of the company had decided to raise my fee from $13.00 per mini-visit (this is also the price that is advertised on their website) to $20.00 per mini-visit stating the reason for this is that I live outside of the Tyler city limits. Both the owner and the employee were well aware of my address (especially since the employee had been to my house twice: once for the consultation and once for the first mini-visit). I have a signed contract with Noah's that states as of 3/28/12, each visit will be $13.00 per visit. The employee also stated that the owner was supposed to have already sent an email notifying me of this instant price increase, but I never got an email or a phone call. It was at this point that I terminated the relationship.
