Mr. Munoz is hard to get in touch with, but we had received a great quote from him. He didn't show up at 8:00 a.m. like expected but at 11:30 a.m. and they worked until 5:00 p.m. They didn't show up the next day or the next day, so on. After calling him several times he answered and explained a situation that he had come up against. If we had known the situation we would have understood, but he just didn't communicate very well. The frustration is that he doesn't return calls promptly, he has no phone mailbox, etc. Now the good part is, his prices are great and he is beyond excellent in cutting and trimming trees and then the cleanup is absolutely the best. So we weighed it out and 2 out of 3 isn't bad. We were very happy with the end result and we would definitely use him again. He is worth the frustration and the wait. Very nice man.

The thing I liked the most about them was their pricing. I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future.
