The responsiveness was slow, but only because they were snowed with business. Our home was not safe to live in or to level. Mobile home masters was one of two who estimated the cost to reset ($2500.00) the other estimate was $3800.00 by Duanes mobile home repair/relevel. Mobile home masters came on on memorial day weekend...sat...to do the job. I wasnt happy with that as we had plans. however, this had to be done right away and we did not want to wait any longer. It took them approx. 7 hours to reblock and level the home. They did a fantastic job, very professional and friendly. They are licensed, bonded and insured. This company was recommended to me by Pratt homes in Tyler, Tx. ...I would recommend highly to anyone needing a relevel or reset of a mobile home.
