He's fantastic! He was on time and extremely professional. I thought that his work was impressive. We have used them before and all things were unusual and he was just amazing.

I would never use this company again.  Proceed with extreme caution.  I called them to come work on a rental that my mother owns.  The person that took my call told me they could come and there would be a service call of 89 dollars.  This didn't seem to bad and most every electric company I've ever used has been 80-100 for a service call and then the same amount every hour after that.  When ther electrician came to the house they told me it would be another 279 evaluation fee to fix the issue.  I thought this was high but I just needed it done so I agreed to it.  He then called me and told me some wires on the panel were too close together and that it would run down computers and Tv's eventually.  He said it would be another 279 evaluation fee to fix this.  I told him DO NOT do this because I was going to have someone else fix it and the price was outrageous.  I gave him my elderly mothers number so she could pay via credit card and he told her the house was going to burn down and she agreed to have this job done.  I was livid.  He NEVER told me that it was a fire hazard, and as an agent for my mom I had already instructed him NOT to do this.  I personally feel they are price gougers - doing an hours worth of electrical work for 700 dollars and they are cheats.  I called the owner and he said he could not speak with me on the issue because I wasn't the owner of the home.  WHAT??? you were happy to send a technician over when I called but now you can not talk to me about your price gouging and scaring and elderly lady? Horrible horrible horrible!

Have used them before. Always on time, neat and clean, uniformed, polite and professional. They go the extra mile to make sure you and your home are safe.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and will gladly use them again in the future.
We called Mister Sparky for a home warranty issue.  They came out to trouble shoot the circuit panel because there were no "in network" contractors in my area for the warranty company, Even though the warranty company approved them to come out, they refused to pay for a diagnostic.  While I was on the phone dealing with the WC, the two technicians began trouble shooting on their own. They did this knowing there was a good chance they wouldn't get paid. Why?  Because they felt the situation was too dangerous to leave it.
They worked on the panel because Jonathan, the main tech, felt he "Had a moral obligation to make it safe."  Those were his words. I assume they will take it up with the WC, but they did not charge me, nor did they leave me in a dangerous situation.  
I am so thoroughly impressed with this company.  The price may be a little high, but you totally get what you pay for.  They are clean, uniformed, neat, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, respectable,  and follow moral and ethics that are rarely seen anymore.
I can't say enough about how impressed I am with them.

They get A+ punctuality, responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. They were easy to talk to and work with. My only "but" is that the price was a little high.

We've had to use him a couple of times and he did very good work. He even let us make payments on it. It was a $900 bill and he let me break it down into 2 or 3 payments and he did the work upfront. Things were working crazy; half the appliances and half the rooms would work and half wouldn't. He said it could have caused a major fire in the house. They got here on time both times and the price was an "A".

Russell the electrician was on time – brought a new employee Cory – both were very polite and efficient.  I was very pleased with the work they did.

Things were just fine. Did seem a little high on diagnostic charges.

Called them and a human actually answered the telephone. Made an appointment the same day. They responded quickly and on time. They were very professional, neat, got right to the problems and fixed it right the first time. They cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the competence and integrity of this company.

Two employees- on time- resonably priced. Very pleasant. Extremely pleased with service. Will be calling them again.

Very nice to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He was already at the house and working when we arrived. He went over everything and gave us different options and suggestions. This is a family run business and seem to care about their customers. They called when they thought they were going to be late and as it turned out he got there before us.

When I called Mister Sparky, the secretary told me that she would contact one of their electricians immediately, and she gave me a time frame during which I could expect him to come to the house that day. She further told me that the electrician would call me within 30 minutes of his arrival. Within one or two hours (well within the time given me), the electrician called me about 30 minutes of his arrival, and he arrived on time. After looking after looking at my son's lights in the kitchen, he gave me a written cost schedule, which I accepted. He went to work right away, and clearly knew what he was doing. He did a great job, and acted very professional. Mister Sparky is probably not the least expensive electrical contractor, but unlike most, they show up on time and do what they promise to do. The price was well worth it, because I don't have to worry about the safety of my son and his family. I would definitely use them again.

Extremely professional.  Mr Sparky called prior to arriving and arrived exactly when he said he would.  Found the problem very quickly (mobile home company cut line to AC unit to move the home).  He told me what it would cost to repair and what kind of wire I needed.  He broke it down for me in a manner that I could understand.  I thought he would fix it the next day, being that it was 5 o'clock already.  He went in to town and bought the wire right then and installed it.  I had my AC THAT night.  He was very professional and very courteous.  This is one of those business that holds themselves to a VERY high standard.  I will definitely be using Mr Sparky for my all my future electrical needs.

Lets see, I called MR. Sparky to do some elctrical work at our house. I talked with MR. Russle over the phone and told him what was going on at our house. He was more than willing to come right over but my wife and I were on our way to another prior engagment. He said it was no problem just call him afterwards and he would still come over. This was a friday night BTW. When My wife and I returned home we called and asked if it was to late for him to come out (7:00 pm) he said not a problem. He was there in less then 20 minutes. Mr.Russle was very kind and sweet to our children. He spoke with me on a personal level the whole time he was doing the repairs. A very nice man. After he had finished the work I asked how he would prefer payment, check or credit He simply relpied "God bless, have a great day". I was shocked he was friendly, efficiant and extremely professional. Its hard to find people like him in the world we live in today!!! If we have any kind of electrical work that needs to be done we are calling Mr. Sparky. He is amazing I would recomend him to anyone that needs work done. Again thank you Mr. Russle!!!

I have used Mister Sparkey twice this year and both times I have been pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism.  I would recommend Mister Sparkey and would use them again.

They were on time and professional.  I had the lights I wanted and there were existing lights to be replaced. The job was completed to my satisfaction. it was a little pricey but they were up front about the price and I wanted it done right.
