Perfect. Arrived within 1 hour and completed job in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and friendly staff.

This was a rental property and the plumber repaired the problem quickly so my renter was not inconvenienced.

I had pulled a toilet to retrieve a plastic deodorizer clip that had flushed (watch out for those!).  I'd seen videos about re-seating toilets and had even helped do one years ago.  I thought it would be no big deal.  I was wrong.  I just couldn't get it to seat in. I just couldn't stand the thought of being taken advantage of for something I knew had to be pretty simple.  So, I contacted Angie's List to get a plumber recommendation as I had no direct referrals from acquaintances.  I chose McCoy because of their special offer and because I like their information.
The man who showed up was courteous, informative and efficient, completing the job within the time allotted for the special.  The toilet is fixed, I don't feel price gouged, and I am relieved.

I called about a leaking toilet shutoff valve that needed to be replaced. They sent a plumber out that afternoon. He replaced the valve with a new one he had with him. While he was there, I asked if he could also install a toilet tank repair kit we had purchased (same toilet). He did so with no problems. Took about an hour to complete the job. Friendly service.

The drain was unstopped.  The technician broke items on the counter top in the process of plugging in the power cord for his equipment.  Totally avoidable given that there was another outlet on the opposite side of the sink that was actually closer and clear.

I called late Friday and not wanting to pay overtime, I arranged a Monday morning service.  Service man called ahead and I met him at the house.  He discussed the problem and quickly brought in equipment and cleaned drain.  Then cleaned up after himself.

Called Mccoy's about 8:30 and repairman was at my residence by noon. I expected to have to replace entire faucet due to size of leak but serviceman said he could repair existing fixture. He completed repair by 1:15. I am very satisfied since he saved me approx. $250 by not needing to replace entire assembly.

Drain plugged up causing flooded utility room late Friday evening.  Called McCoy's and the plumber (on call) and he arrived within 30 minutes.  He cleaned the drain and made sure everything was draining correctly in less than an hour.

This was not the first time I'd used McCoy's, but it will be the last time.  The plumbing work itself was probably adequate, but I didn't appreciate the way my front lawn was left.  As he was leaving the first day, he said, "Maybe you can get your 'yard people' to work on that place in the front lawn.  I'll try to work on it tomorrow, but can promise you it won't be pretty."  I don't know what "yard people" he was referring to.  I went out after he left and worked h****** it, hauling off a wheelbarrow full of red clay dirt that had been spread out on the front lawn and trying to smooth out the grass where it had been dug up.  The next day, he returned to finish up and left the white plumber's pipe sticking up out of the ground.  (This is the front lawn).  When I questioned him about it, I was told it would settle down in the ground after a while.  (Do I have 'stupid' stamped on my forehead?).  That week, a landscaper came out to address another problem and asked about the white pipe sticking out of the ground.  He offered, "I think you need to call McCoy's and tell them to fix that!"  So, I called McCoy's and explained I wasn't pleased with the white pipe sticking up out of the ground and was told the same, "Oh, it'll settle in after a while".  When I objected and asked that someone please come out and see what I was talking about, I was told they were too busy.  When I said, "Sounds like I'll have to call another plumber to deal with it," he said "Okay" and hung up on me!!!  I did call another plumber, who simply took out a small saw, sawed off about 4-5 inches off the pipe and was done in less than 1 minute.  Why wasn't it done right by McCoy's?

Called McCoy's very very early Sat. morning.  They were very prompt in their response time.  Drain stoppage was a huge problem and took more than 2 hours to fix.  Plumber was very patient, courteous and professional.  Great experience. Highly recommend them

In my initial call I described the issue and asked that someone come out look at the problem and that we would like to know what we were going to spend before the work was done.  I was leaving town and did not the family to have issues with this situation while I was gone.  Monday February 6th a plumber called and came to the house as agreed.  Two and a half hours later the plumber presented my wife with a bill for approx $178.00.  He did not go over any of the work to be completed or the cost with my wife prior to the work being done. After leaving my wife checked and the connection was still leaking!... My wife called mcCoys and Cliff agreed to refund everything except the charge for the service call.  We are now in the process of trying to find another plumbing company to evaluate our situation... Just looking for someone to provide good customer service with up front disclosure on work / cost. 

I will use them again in the future.

On Sunday our drains began backing up into the bathtubs when we would flush toilets or run water in the sinks. We initially called another company because they were located near us and we were familiar with them. Their sewer machine was broken and they were going to call us back when they located one they could use. They also gave us an estimate of $30 higher than what we ultimately paid with McCoy's. Since it was already 9pm we didn't want to wait and called McCoy's. Richard was the tech that called to schedule and said he would be there in 30 minutes which he was. We immediately showed him where the sewer clean out was in the yard and he got to work. It was dark and he and my husband both had a flashlight. It ended up taking 2 hours to reach the problem area which was farther than he had anticipated. He had to retrieve the cord to add more length so that took time. About 100+ feet in our tubs finally drained and he continued to clean out the length of the cord. Richard was very friendly and worked diligently. It was a positive experience and based on the estimate given from the other company for the same method of repair, we saved $30.

An appointment for a service call was made Monday, the day before. On Tuesday, within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, the office called to let me know the plumber was as on his way. The plumber arrived with all of the parts and supplies needed to complete the job. The job was completed, the consumer is satisfied.

Total of 3 services.1) Initially they came out to fix a leak on a Saturday. Completed the work, but forgot to plug in the recirculating pump, which I later resolved. 2) They recommended a pressure reduction valve be added. They completed the work, good experience.3) Within days of adding the pressure reducer valve, a leak occurred within 6" of of the valve they added, and they claimed this was not caused by their work, despite the pressure reduction from 125 PSI to 75 PSI.
