My experience has gone very well. I have been seeing her since 2001. She is very professional and highly knowledgeable in her field. The office clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this doctor to others.

They are the best. They give you all the time you need and answer every question you have. There is no rushing or keeping you waiting for long periods of time. I completely trust them and am so very glad I have them as my doctor.

She and her husband have a practice there together. They went through school together. She kept her maiden name because it helps them in billing. She was very, very easy to talk to. She will take her time with me. It’s not like rushing in and rushing out. She listens very well. She wants to know how I am sleeping and what I am doing. She asks a lot more questions and was more thorough then any internist I have been to. I was real pleased with her. I like my doctor that I have now. Availability was great. The one time I went in there, she had a drug sales person come by. I thought she never get in there. Other than that she has always been good. Bedside manner was wonderful.  

It was great in every way. She honored all of my requests. She explained, in detail, why she was making certain recommendations.

Dr. Sherman actually introduced herself and shook my hand.  She took her time with me in reviewing my current medical history and was quite thorough.  She did not appear rushed which I haven't experienced from a physician in a long time.  She showed an interest in my health care and gauged my opinion on how effective I thought it was in its current state.  She did not shy away from diagnoses that were not her specialty but instead seemed knowledgeable about them.  I immediately felt confident that she could handle my care.  She seemed right on target with scheduling subsequent care.  I was quite impressed.  Her office staff appeared to warm up and was more friendly when I was checking out.  The office itself was a bit small but I am temporarily in a wheelchair, but I was able to find a place to park my chair out of the way.  I was glad to have an automatic door so I didn't have to try to open any doors or try to push any buttons.

Dr. Sherman is very personable and takes her time. The office environment is great. The staff is very nice. She has a great bedside manner.

She is excellent.  She provides the best care I have received from a doctor.  She is a good listener and takes more than the standard 15 minutes, so she is very thorough.  She is also proactive in her treatments.

I went to Dr. Sherman 11 years ago when I first moved to Tyler. My husband sees Dr. Topham (her husband and partner in their medical practice). A few years ago their practice stopped accepting Cigna so we had to switch Drs. We were very disappointed at the time. Last year our insurance changed and the first thing we did was switch Drs. so we could use them again. My husband's company wants us to switch back to Cigna again but we are fighting that because we know we will have to find new Drs. again and we don't want to! Many of our family members also use these two doctors. I literally trust them with our lives.
