We are very pleased with the lights chosen and the work performed

They do real well. Everything is high now, higher than you want to pay, but I guess their price is okay. We have used them for years, it's not something we can't afford. It's always preventive. They don't try to make you do something that is not really needed. We have a unit that loses a little Freon over a year and rather than put in a whole new system, it's cheaper to add a little Freon once a year. So, their not trying to get to us that way. They are right on it. They do it right before Winter and in the Spring.

We have to AC systems our house was built in 1932 and they are over 20 years old and they keep them both running for us. They get up in the attic and change the filters.

Everything was checked as requested. The technician advised that the cable going from the dedicated breaker box to the outside compressor did not meet code. He said it probably met code in 2004 when the unit was installed but did not now meet code. He asked if I wanted it replaced. He checked on how much it would cost before I authorized him to proceed.
Finally he noticed that our thermostat was slightly loose. He offered to fix it but while replacing it he overtightened a screw and the plastic cover broke. With no questions asked he went and got a new thermostat which was as good or better than the one being replaced.
This of course was done at no cost to me.
Overall, I was very pleased with all the work performed and the price charged.

Removed old garbage disposal and replaced rotted pipe under sink

The men showed up on time, were very courteous,and professional. They began by removing the old system including the old duct work in the attic. Their next job was to install the new ductwork. I felt sorry for them because of the heat they worked in the attic. They got it done and returned the next day to finish installing the new units, refrigerant lines, system wiring, clean up, etc. They finished and were gone in a little less than two days total. We had new air conditioning and heating in a short period of time and were very happy with the job they did.

They are really really good. I have used them several times. I won't go to anyone else. They are very nice people.

We were looking for a replacement system that had a fairly high SEER rating, and their cost for product and installation knocked them out of the running. Can't tell you anything about their service since we didn't choose to go with their company.

It works now. The service technician kept me informed as he was checking the unit about what he was doing and finding. I appreciated that knowledge. They were prompt, they came out pretty quickly and they were knowledgeable. They got the problem fixed. I thought the price was a little bit high.

Got estimate(s) July 22, 2010. It took several calls (extended "holds") to finally get someone who could/would give us a quote. Prices quoted were above averages of other quotes for similar equipment. No follow up from firm. Went with different company.

We replaced our old airconditioning and heating unit of 26 years. This company gave us a bid at the same time that they came out to look at our old unit. I wanted to get more bids, but one company never called me back and the other company that came out, to date, we still haven't received a bid from him. Maddox is an old company name that has been around for years and seemed to be very professional, so we went with them.

I have a service contract with them. They are an old company and have been here since the 30's. Their service is good. They gave me the best contract and they offer good service.
