Every question we've had, even if we've called back, they've been very supportive. I might have to go back and get a few more pieces. No problem at all, they loaded everything with forklifts, they were fabulous. We dealt with Reggie and he was wonderful. I went in Thursday and picked up free samples of three different types of flooring, and I went in yesterday and picked up everything.
They are helpful, they loaded the truck, we've called back with a couple of questions about installation, they've answered everything. So I am more than pleased. I financed it there, it didn't take long. They answer all of your questions without pressuring you - they are not on commission. I went in and had several questions, and I wasn't sure if I could get any samples. I didn't have to pay for the samples, they just gave them to me, and said not to even bother with bringing them back.
