Lane's commercial: "Your bugs are whacked or we'll come back!" Sadly, Lane Pest Control won't be back to my house. I learned I had termites when I had foundation work done a month ago. In discussing termites, one of the contractors who worked on my foundation said he'd paid for a termite bait treatment at his own home and 6 months later stepped through his bathroom floor, which was eaten up by live termites. He said the baits had not been touched, so he personally didn't recommend this treatment. My neighbor & a friend both had termite treatments performed by Lane of the trenching/spraying variety and that's what I wanted. However, Lane recently switched to bait treatments and they *say* they can't perform a trench/spray treatment because Mr. Lane is the ONLY one who can do this, and he was hurt falling off a porch so he can't crawl under any houses. (Wouldn't you think Lane would have other techs who could do this???) Frankly, I don't know if I believe them, but I have no choice but to go with a different company. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be using Lane again.

I started a contract for German roaches and cellar spiders with Lane Pest Control of Tyler about 2 months ago. I had an infestation so bad it looked like the walls were constantly crawling. You could not set food or a cup on the table without roaches bombarding it. Lane pest control of Tyler has rid my house of roaches in 2 months and has them under control. I have never seen such good service in such a short amount of time. I hardly ever see a roach anymore. This is the best service ever! Will be with them as long as necessary and then will ONLY call on them if I need pest control. Good job Lane! A++ from the Boviall's to you! If I knew the technicians name, I would post it here. I think it starts with a D. Good job though either way

had Lane Pest Control out to my home to get rid of some bees that had taken up residence in the eve of a dormer on my roof. After paying $95, I still have bees. I called less than six months from their visit, because I am a truck driver and rarely am I home during the week. I am told I have to pay $95 again for them to come out to do the job that was never done to begin with. To me, it says alot about a company that doesn't take care of the customer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LANE PEST CONTROL. If you have pests then Lane is not the Company to use.

"This issue was related to wasps, not bees. While we offer regularly scheduled treatments that would continuously treat these, the customer chose a one time treatment with a 30 day warranty. The fact that wasps have returned after 5 months is outside the scope of the service agreed to."
