I found a leak coming from the bolts that hold the tank onto the base. I called Jerry and he said he would have to get the parts since it was a Toto toilet. The following day he called and made an appointment and came and fixed the leak. That night I found a little water on the floor coming from a different location, but I wasn't sure where. Called Jerry and he came the next day and fixed it. He does a professional job, cleans up afterwards and is very pleasant. I have used him several times and been well pleased with his work.
