Went in on Saturday morning to order keys and set up appt. for Wed. at 9 a.m. Everything went very well. Their waiting room is very nice and they even have computers there to use!

They were great. They let me bring my dog in the waiting area. They brought me a bottle of water to drink while I wait. They were very efficient and friendly. They had the parts in stock for the recall.

Absolute outstanding experience from start to finish. No pressure and great deal. I have been buying new autos for 30 years and Hall GMC is the best in my opinion. Please make sure you check them out when buying a new vehicle. They are that good.

They not only found the problem but my warranty had expired on my diesel truck and they paid for it anyway. They are unbelievable. Their service department, the guys doing the service writing and everybody in general bend over backwards. I've not had a dealer in this area that I could recommend to anybody beyond them. It is just amazing. It was not an inexpensive undertaking; they had to replace the doyle plugs and they paid for it. I had a brake vacuum boost pump and they did the same thing. When my truck doesn't work I go to Hall. I was freaking out because I knew we were talking thousand dollar bills and the service guys and mechanics said to relax and they would check something and call me back. Then they said to bring the truck over and they were going to cover it and they did. It was just unbelievable. I haven't dealt with a person there where I wasn't blown away with their service. It is professional and customer oriented. It was just amazing. There are too many dealers around here that are just the opposite. Even if I go in for routine service, they treat me good. The price is usually less than what I expect and less than what the board would say. They give me a break. Their professionalism is unbelievable. I will continue to use them and I tell everybody that if they need something done to go to them.
