The person who did the tear down was a very hard worker. The person who did the ruffing in May have had experience. But butchered more material. He could not cut a straight line for sheet rock installation. Laying plywood on the subfloor he laid the good side down instead up. This plywood floor was not nail enough. I was promised that this 3/4" flooring would be screwed down ,floated and sanded properly prior to laying new flooring. Which was not done! The flooring was layed on an un leveled surface. End results floor warranty is not covered because proper installation wasn't done. Contractor blamed this issue on poor materials being used on the job purchased from Home Depot. We spent a huge amount of money on a master shower and the job looks okay. However shower wasn't squared. Tile on ceiling is off over 1" side to side as is two walls out of 3 walls titled. The entry was into the shower was t finished nor is the circle title centered properly between the entry walls into shower. There are other issues to many to list. Yet the ones listed above are the worst. They do great design work but would not hire them again to do any type of house remodeling We as owner tried to be understanding from the beginning telling Gino the quality of job we wanted done. He promised he could do it. Yet the finish work shows other wise I could go on an list the statement Gino asked his most experience man CAN'T YOU CUT A STRAIGHT LINE ? Plus all the promises made he wouldn't leave til the jobs was done right. He is gone the job isn't done right. We made the mistake to have paid him off several week in advance before the job was completed. So my with had enough on how slow the job was going at almost 4 months . It was the. The rush work took place as well Sub standard work was done just to hurry up and get done. We want the repair work to be done with satification we expected and paid for. We strongly recommend against hiring this company for your remodel job.

"I have struggled at length to make contact with you, please send me a statement from the manufacturer that the floor was installed incorrectly so that we can make any issues that you have correct. Also I would have appreciated you expressing these concerns with me "Gino" rather than telling me you loved the work just to turn around and and express them here without giving us a chance to fix any concerns you may have had. Thank you so much for your feed back and "GOD BLESS""

Things went well for several days until one of the workers crashed through the kitchen ceiling on Thanksgiving Day.  This worker insisted that he could repair the hole (approximately 2 feet by 2 feet) as he was a "professional" with a background in dry wall repair.  After several days of his repair it was obvious that he created more of a mess than a repair.  Gino Springer, the CEO, was called in.  Gino insisted that he, too, was a "professional" with a background in this type of repair and insured us that he could redo the initial repair with near perfect results.  Because of the mess made by the first Green Bug employee, the ceiling needed to be sanded to remove the layers upon layers of ill-placed media packed onto the repair area.  This created a cloud of fine silt which moved from the kitchen to the adjourning rooms requiring a professional cleaning service - paid for by Green Bug. Gino's redo of the first repair resulted a cracking drywall within 2 days.  He called in a third person, someone with experience in "this type of work."  This 3rd man seemed quite uninterested in the repair and left the job with a still noticeable flaw around 2/3 of the repair parimeter.  Gino stepped in again saying that it just need a little more sanding and painting. He did more than this and actually moved from a ceiling nearly looking good back to a mediocre repair.  The entire process lasted from Thanksgiving Day to New Year's Eve with visits by this crew nearly 3 times/week.  Looking back, we should have insisted that we call in a true professional but Green Bug "didn't want to claim this accident to their insurance company."  The final repair looks ok when the kitchen light shines directly on it but with natural lighting an undulation is seen in an area nearly 3 times bigger than the initial hole. (Was the thought here to smear stuff all over the ceiling so that the initial area of repair was not so obvious?)  Needless to say, be warned.  If you have some simple outside extermination - call these guys but I, for one, would not invite them into the house.
Response from Green Bug
"The review herein is quite a surprise to me (Gino Springer) as this customer had told us that the repair was GREAT. Green Bug ALWAYS puts our customer first and will stick with a job as long as it takes to make it right. I should have hired someone else to do the repairs as the texture was very hard to match,an insurance claim was not appropriate as the cost of a third party repair would have been less than a deductible, and I felt confident I could repair it and wanted to make sure the repair was performed correctly. Looking back I will always have a third party do repairs as it is not worth the bad review. Thanks so much for reading my side of the story. HAVE A GREAT DAY and Green Bug is much stronger now :)"

They showed up on time.  Cleaned up after themselves.  Followed all the legal protocols -regarding MSDS sheets, graphs, etc.
Futher, Gino, the owner took all the time I needed to explain and answer my questions - and never once talked down to me.  Every question was answered politely and clearly.  He wanted to make sure that I understood what he was doing, what chemicals he was using, how it would affect my animals, what I could expect to happen and when.
They were a little higher than the other companies that I had quote the job, but I went with them because I felt they were the one independent company that followed the rules set out by the licensing board and the manufacturer of the termite poison.
Based on this experience, I would certainly recommend them and would use them again if the need arose.
