Excellent job.

Very quick response from owner in coming out and measuring, explaining our options, and providing a quote. We ordered two window shades on July 29, 2016. Because the shades are made to order we were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they would receive them. After 4 weeks and no word from the contractor, I called to inquire about the time frame. I was told they had heard from the factory that the order was being processed and they hoped they would ship the next week. I did not hear from them again until September 19 when they called to inform me the shades had been shipped. The shades arrived within a few days and installation was scheduled immediately and was completed on September 23. The installation was very professional and well done with one exception. The power cord for the motorized blind was not long enough to be run neatly along the house and the installer simply stretched it across the yard. Since this wasn't necessarily nailed down as part of the quote, I decided I would deal with it myself and clean up the cord installation. This weekends project. We have only had the shades for a week now but we are very happy with the quality of the product. We were frustrated that it took 8 weeks when we were told 3 to 4 weeks. Our frustration level was probably elevated by the lack of any updates or explanation for the delay. Although it was a small order, I would recommend the contractor communicate better and keep the customer informed. Especially when there is a long delay over the original time estimate. We'll do business with them again as they are good folks and have been in business many years. We'll just hope for improvement in the areas mentioned.

Everything went well, they said they would do it in 4-5 weeks, but it was more like 7 weeks, which was not that big of a problem.

These folks are awesome. They came promptly, gave us an estimate and we set a date. Severe weather prevented the work, but they called and we discussed it. Great communication. As soon as weather was good they did the job in an entirely professional manner. I am very pleased with these competent and customer orientated people. A+++++++!

They did an excellent job. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. We previously had a porch screened by this company 9 years ago. We never had a problem with it, so we felt sure the project on our new home would be as good as on our other home. The owner of the company company came by numerous times to check on the progress. The 2 men who actually did the work were very professional. We recommended this company to 2 other people who also used them and they were very pleased with the work.

The soffit was plywood painted and I had them covered with vinyl and aluminum so that I will never have to paint them again. They are excellent in price and service. I don't have a bad thing to say about them. They cleaned up after they left and they did a magnificent job. I can't overemphasize how good these guys were.

They provided a quotation, showed up on time, and did the job requested. It went well, and they cleaned up after the job was finished.

They did what they said they were going to do. They did the work when they were supposed to do it. While they were here I was talking to the guy and he was the owner. I told him about the problem and they went through the flower beds and they easily took care of that. They also matched the existing colors. He did all that for us which was really nice. It worked out well. The service was excellent. They came out again in the spring to just do the cleaning of the gutters. I noticed they missed one valley where they'd left some leaves and other debris. I called them about an hour later. Then the owner called me back and apologized for the work not done properly. He said he would be there in thirty minutes to take care of the problem personally and he did that. There were just no hassles. I would use their services again in the future.

I'm very pleased with them. They've stood behind their work. There have been some issues with the guards not doing their job properly. I called them and each time they've come out to respond to it the correct way. I'd say they are a very reputable company.
