"this man was perfectly happy for the first week we were there.he asked me to pick the colors for the walls and trim.i showed him the colors and he said that they were great,i also installed new ac vents to the ceilings and he really liked those as well.we ran into some trouble in 2 rooms when we had to replace baseboards. the living room and the laundry room had leaked and the 2x4 on the concrete were rotted out.i had to charge for material and labor. i told him the cost and he agreed.i also was going to paint epoxy paint on bar top after making crack repair but it would not take,so we agreed to get all new countertops for kitchen so i showed him what they looked like and he said ok.i did not charge him any extra from the original price given.he also wanted to open up the view from kitche to dining room area so we had to remove some top cabinets over bar area, and reframe .i did not charge him for that either.i removed some old cabinets fro the garage storage romm and all the old carpet throughout the house. ihad to charge extra for using my trailer to take all the debris in the house to the dump.he did not like me to charge him for that.we also tore out old sheetrock from garage and installed new. alot of little extras we did that i did not charge for.as not for contacting him after all of this i text him and told him that i would come back and take care of the things he seen, but he said that he was back home in ft. worth and that his uncle would not be back until the 20th. and there was no way to let you in.. he did not call me back or text me.brian is a good guy but i think we just got off on the wrong foot on the second half of the job."

"linda called my home number on my card that i gave her not my mobile phone and then she called the wrong number. i called her back and told her that her old screens were really in bad shape that really she needed to replace the ones that were bent and out of shape but she told me to do the best that i could do with them. i repainted them all white and installed new black screen mesh to them. some of them was bent , but idid the best that i could do with them."
