I questioned his charges which included about 100 gallons of paint for a 1425 SF brick home (inside and outside, plus primer). He stated he was doing "a professional job" and using 4 coats of paint in all areas. My home was vacant, completely empty and clean when he started his work. A year later, all paint (except wall paint) was peeling and an inspection revealed drip marks and several areas not painted throughout the house. He painted over items rather than cover the items. When confronted with this problem he came out a reviewed his work, agreed it was not well done and agreed to redo it. He never followed through with this promise to redo his work and now refuses to return emails and phone calls.
