It has gone very good. They get us in on time and are easy to work with. They are reasonably priced and pretty honest. I have been going to them since 2012.

This location is sub par. They threw the spare tire in the back. They were pretty rushed but the people did not seem very professional. They were basically running around and looked like they were overwhelmed with the number of customers they had. I was not expecting to find my spare tire in the back of my van. You should put a spare tire back where it belongs. The job was done well though. I liked the price and they honored my warranty.

Dropped my 2002 truck off to have new tires installed and a front end alignment. I explained I needed to have the vehicle back in about 4 hours if possible. Received a call from the service manager and he explained that they had found some additional front end parts that needed to be replaced. Since I had noticed while driving it the steering felt loose and the tires were cupped really bad I asked him to go ahead and fix it. They were still able to have the vehicle ready in 4 hours after replacing the tie rod ends and a ball joint.

Larry got the truck in that next Monday since it was Saturday afternoon. They did the intial inspection on Saturday and told me it was missing a part and only the dealer had it. They were quick, friendly and reasonably priced. I would trust them to do work with me out of town and my wife going to see them. Much better than the Firestone where we can from.
I had the same problem with my truck a few days later. However, I could not get a brake caliper bolt off due to GM's overuse of locktite and they took it out for free for me. I also needed a battery and they have good prices on Interstate batteries. Basically the same price as the house brands at Oreillys or Autozone.
