Expert Moving

Overall, everything was awful. It was horrible nightmare. One employee had leased a UHaul truck a month and a half before. They had not kept up with their payments in renting the truck, so UHaul had declared it stolen. The police arrested the drivers when they left my house at 2:30 in the morning, and the drivers were then put in jail. I had already paid them with cash, which they used to get themselves out of jail. Upon their release, they called relatives to come get them since their UHaul truck with my furniture inside had been impounded by the police. UHaul got the truck back from the police, and would not let me get my belongings back for 14 days. At that time, I then rented the same truck (about $400 to rent for two days), hired two men to haul my furniture to my new house ($500 plus $100 for gas). The man who owns the company now owes me $1100 and will not answer my phone calls. I want my money that he owes me, and I will never use this company again.

It was a horrible experience. I don?t think there?s one piece of furniture without a scratch, just terrible. They left several items there. The way they packed was incredible and ruined many items. Scary experience and I would definitely warn others not to use them! The owner seemed to be very nice, friendly, courteous, and competent until we started the move and process.
