We offer free home inspections, by trained professionals that will walk each home owner through the roofing process as well as our trained staff will file your insurance claims for you and handle all of the details. We make every attempt to help remove the stress of home repairs, we offer a 7 year workmanship on leaks as well as the shingles we sell have 25, 30 year or lifetime warranties. We are family owned and operated. We have been in business serving East Texas and Oklahoma since 1997. We are insured and bonded.

Member Comments: Richard ( the salesman) did not show on the day of the install.When the shingles were removed I did not have an opportunity to look at the condition of the plywood underneath, and I suspect that some of it needed to be replaced. After the work was completed, some of the tiles did not match and I called to have Richard come out. He and his brother came out and agreed that the shingles did not match, so they had a crew replace these. I was still not satisfied because although the new shingles were a better match, they did not lay flat and looked like a patch job. I was told they would lay flatter when we had a couple of hot days. A year later, they still look like a poor patch job.
The workmanship was sloppy and I tried to tell Estes that I was not happy with the work. They have me a line of technical jargon to avoid addressing the issue. Although I couldn't argue technically with them since I am not a roofer, I asked them to look around at my neighbors homes, several of whom had recently put on new roofs. Mine, by comparison looks like it still needs a new roof. I am not happy at all with either the quality of work or the desire to make me happy as a customer. Maybe I should post pictures....you would be appalled.

Jonny was responsive, completed the work as promised and provided extra value. We will definitely keep Estes Roofing on speed dial for future roofing issues.

After several weeks, someone finally shows up and completes the gutters. All the paperwork was given to the rep for them to complete the submission to my insurance company. I never heard from them again.... UNTIL..... I received a nasty letter from the daughter of the owner of the company A Year Later stating that if I did not pay them over $4000 I would be sued for outstanding balance owed on work performed. So, again I have to go through hoops for these people. Finally get all the information together, and come to find out, they never submitted the paperwork to file on my insurance. I had my insurance send a check to me, and I had to meet their salesman on my time, a year later, to hand him a check they should have requested when they finished the work A YEAR AGO!!!!
The salesman did appologise for the rudeness and behavior of the owner's daughter and the "We are gonna sue you for our mistake" letter. He said that "She has ran off alot of good people from the company." "I try to stay away from her as much as I can."
I found it very insulting to be sent a letter stating they were gonna sue me for something I had no control over "THEIR INCOMPETENCE"....!!!!!!!!
I would stay far, far away from this company!
