East Texas Windows

The small windows were fine but the two large Florida ceiling picture windows were distractingly weighty especially when you're outside and you look into the house. So, one of them had to be replaced and he said he would replace the other one and they were just giving us a little while and he would come and replace it for me. So, in that respect it was good but wherever they were getting the product from for the larger windows wasn't great but the other windows were fine. The company itself has been responsive and good but the product they bought from someone else had some issues. They were responsive to issues.

Buddy was working in the neighborhood and I just walked up and asked if he could give me an estimate. He came by just as soon as he was finished, gave a reasonable  price and as soon as the ordered windows came in, he was out to install them. We had no problems at all. I would recommend ETW.

I would define buddy as the owner/operator of his business. He will be the person you speak with when you call to ask him to come bid the work you have done. He will be the person who installs your windows. He has a great variety of windows for you to choose from. His windows start from very economically based to just as much as want to spend on a window. He tries to address your needs and budget. I already knew exactly the style window I wanted so he showed me several manufactures in the style I was looking for and quoted 2 different brands for me. The particular brand I chose had a 3 week manufacture time and Buddy came out and promptly installed them. I am sure that if any problem occurs in the future with these windows Buddy will take care of them because you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He enjoys his customers as much as he does his window business.
He will be installing my new front door with side lights next week.

Buddy at East Texas Windows installed new windows in my home 3 years ago.  Recently I noticed water coming in one of the windows and called their office.  Buddy came out and determined the leak was from a  rain gutter above the window.  Although the leak was not a window issue, Buddy fixed it for me.  I've been very satisfied with my windows.  They are energy efficient, and have provided a real savings on the utililty bills.   I would recommend Buddy and East Texas Windows, and I will use his services again when needed.

Mr. Hill came over and brought brochures for several manufacture's windows. Once we decided, he measured and gave us a bid.  He was prompt and left the windows sparkling clean.  He even did beautiful trim work on the windows. I highly recommend East Texas Window Services.

They did a great job. I like that he showed up when he was expected, the cost was the same when he got through with it and he cleaned up his mess. He did great work.
