EAST TEXAS INSULATION CO

I was scheduled for 10am and was told they would be there closer to 11.  I had an appointment at 1:00 so called due to concern about making my appointment and was told it would take 2 hours.  I said I would need to reschedule and at that time, 10:20, they pulled in my drive and the driver said it would take only 30 min.  All went well and the insulation has made a difference.

It went splendidly and the representatives were very accommodating and friendly. I even forgot our appointment date/time and the company gave me his cell and they responded very quickly knowing who I was, and the details. The individual that came out to our house called me by my last name using Mr. all the time and was most honest. I asked him several questions and he could answer them promptly with much experience and candidness. He said we did not need any new insulation and offered to visit with my wife handing me his card, since she was not present. I was floored someone was not there to just sell me his product and make us spend more money. He even talked to me about my job and his background doing the same thing etc; very friendly and people oriented. He didn't want to make a mess in the home since it was raining outside and kept offering to clean up and apologizing for walking in with his boots.
